Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated Program and Construction Management leader to deliver a large Federal design-build program near Las Vegas, NV. You will manage CM staff, apply best practices, and oversee multiple projects across planning, bidding, design and construction phases over a five-year horizon.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 15+ years in construction management, and experience with IDIQ task orders and matrixed resources.

Qualifications

• Experience managing matrixed resources and onsite staff.
• Experience in managing IDIQ task orders for professional services.
• 15+ years in construction management and large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-building Design-Build program with military construction experience.
• Supervise CMa staff, manage project controls, change management and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate planning, multi-project bidding, design and construction stages over a 5-year program.
• Guide execution by the project delivery team and resolve issues across 5+ projects.
