A Public Trust clearance is required and US citizenship is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certification required; 3+ years of Paralegal experience; strong MS Office and Adobe PDF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal Certification required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Paralegal experience.
• Experience with a federal or state legal entity preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the flow of documents and related materials.
• Liaise with Litigation Support and manage data for uploading, organizing, filtering, reviewing, and producing documents and eDiscovery.
• Perform document review in Relativity and Everlaw.
• Assist in trial preparation including scheduling interviews, hearings, witnesses, depositions, and related discussions.
• Assist with research and drafting documents such as memos, subpoenas, and discovery letters.
