Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a scientific, technical or business discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience.
• Experience advising in complex client projects and coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert scholarly advice and consultation to projects and colleagues.
• Gather facts, analyze data, and develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate outreach initiatives and events.
• Develop information, reports, charts, and talking points for program activities.
• Coordinate conferences/events and prepare cost analyses and reports.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government, industry, and associations.
• Travel as required for meetings and engagements in accordance with regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in program optimization and maintenance.
