Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government TS clearance and ability to maintain the required access.
• Four+ years of progressively responsible experience in project/program management, military staff operations, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior leaders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Attend priority meetings with Federal leaders and capture context, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
• Draft and distribute meeting readouts within one business day; maintain the action/decision log.
• Track open actions and escalate overdue commitments; support proposal development and document templates.
• Build PowerPoint materials and capture customer requirements for delivery teams.
• Maintain organized, access-controlled repositories for notes, artifacts, and briefing materials.
• Create and maintain current Federal account and opportunity records in the CRM; run data-quality checks.
