Job summary

Waséyabek Federal Group (WFG) seeks a Director of Operations & Maintenance Programs to lead and optimize DoD/DOE contracts, ensuring safety, quality, and budget performance across multiple sites. Reporting to the VP of O&M, the role manages Program Managers and site leaders, drives risk management, staffing, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong government relationships.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in the Federal industry.
• Knowledge of BASOPS and DoD/DoE programs.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for assigned O&M programs and contracts.
• Monitor program execution, staffing, risk management, and performance.
• Partner with Program Managers and site leadership to ensure contract success.
• Support contract startup, transition, mobilization, and closeout activities.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
