Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is seeking a Bureau Liaison - Technical Account Manager to bridge government organizations and technology vendors. You will oversee telecommunications infrastructure initiatives, requirements analysis, telecom ordering, and deployment of enterprise network solutions in a remote Washington, DC setting.

Qualifications

• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• Experience in IT network infrastructure, telecommunications, or enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience acting as a liaison between federal government agencies and technology vendors/contractors.
• Experience with circuit migrations, data center upgrades, and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure).
• Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into procurement/deployment plans.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Technical Account Manager (TAM), coordinating cross-functional efforts between government personnel, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee lifecycle of enterprise LAN/WAN circuits and data center systems from requirements through deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Drive digital transformation by adopting cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern enterprise communications systems.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk management for circuit migrations and network cutovers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for IT network upgrades, telecom ordering, and migrations.
• Ensure deployments meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
