Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks an Engineer Project Manager to support a MILCON/FSRM program at Moody AFB, GA. The role coordinates across installation agencies to enable a new mission beddown with minimal disruption, translating requirements into engineering deliverables and managing facility projects.

Requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Clearance or CAC. Starting salary range is $120,000–$130,000, with full benefits and potential for additional compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• Three years of experience applying engineering standards to facility design and construction activities.
• Experience with federal agencies preferred (USA Forth DOD) and ability to obtain clearance/CAC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across installation agencies to prepare infrastructure, facilities, and services for new mission organization.
• Translate requirements into engineering solutions; perform facility assessments and data analysis.
• Develop statements of work, cost estimates, schedules; support contract solicitations and bid evaluation.
