Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) seeks a Project Manager/Construction Manager to lead large retrofit and installation projects on Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. You will drive schedules, budgets, and field execution for HVAC mechanical upgrades, BAS/DDC controls, and related electrical systems.

The role requires 10+ years in project/construction management with strong communication, pro­ficiency in MS Project and Procore, and a track record of delivering profitable, safe projects on time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/construction management experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC mechanical, BAS/Controls, electrical and MEP systems.
• Experience managing project financials (P&L) including forecasting.
• Ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit and installation projects for HVAC, BAS/Controls and electrical upgrades.
• Develop and enforce project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee field construction, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
