Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Senior Leader to grow the Honolulu Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering practice. The role involves directing the MEP team, delivering design and related documentation, and coordinating with Federal clients on DoD projects.

A hybrid work mode with travel to project sites is expected. The candidate should have a BS or MS in Engineering, Hawaii P.E.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering (required).
• Professional Registration (P.E.) in Hawaii.
• Ten years’ experience in an area of engineering related to our practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Honolulu MEP engineering group and drive project delivery.
• Oversee staffing, utilization, and billing to ensure profitability.
• Develop staffing plans and work forecasting for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with DoD project teams and internal stakeholders for quality delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on design deliverables.
