Job summary

Halff is seeking an MEP Director, Federal to lead pursuit and delivery of federal MEP projects within its Federal Practice.

The Director will manage client relationships, strategic capture efforts, and project delivery as Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge, collaborating with MEP and Federal Practice leaders to grow backlog and revenue. A PE license and 15+ years of federal MEP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of MEP experience with federal projects.
• Proven track record winning and delivering federal contracts.
• Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, VA, GSA, DHS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge on federal MEP projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering federal facility and infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight.
• Support capture efforts and build long-term federal client relationships.
