Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking a RUCKUS Specialist, Marketing to support marketing initiatives for the Federal vertical. The role is open to candidates across the United States, with a preference for the DC area and the East Coast.

The Marketing Specialist will drive integrated marketing plans, collaborate with Field Sales, Channel Sales and regional teams, and manage budgets and ROI to grow revenue and pipeline for RUCKUS products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–2+ years in B2B marketing, with hands-on event, partner and digital marketing experience.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business storytelling for local market.
• Strong operational and execution focus with customer-centric approach.
• Understanding of social media channels, content, metrics and tools.
• Experience with B2B Martech stack such as Marketo, Zoom, Tableau, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Implement full spectrum of marketing activities: brand awareness, demand generation, digital, social and channel marketing.
• Lead design, development and execution of integrated marketing plans to build awareness and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel Sales, SE, Product Line Management to coordinate programs.
• Work with Regional Comms & PR to implement PR initiatives.
• Coordinate with Corporate Brand to enforce global brand guidelines.
• Manage budgets and measure ROI; analyze marketing performance and adjust programs.
