Belden's RUCKUS Networks unit seeks a hands-on Hardware Engineer to design and bring up RF subcircuits and high-speed digital hardware for Wi‑Fi AP products. You will collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical and Software teams to deliver robust boards from concept to product.
You will own schematics, PCB layout constraints, bring‑up, validation, and compliance support, while working with suppliers and cross‑functional partners to sustain and enhance legacy and new hardware.

As a member of the Ruckus Hardware Engineering team, you will be responsible for system‑ and board‑level design of RF subcircuits based on various wireless industry standards. You will work closely with the broader engineering team, consisting of Electrical, Mechanical and Software Engineers.
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $135,600.00–$200,000.00 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
