Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of supervisor/assistant supervisor experience.
• Mail center, copy center, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee large mail room and copy center operations.
• Schedule work, set priorities, and direct tasks.
• Provide administrative support: reports, payroll/records, budgeting.
• Coordinate with Director on performance issues and compliance.
• Provide job coaching and training to employees.
• Mentor participants and maintain records.
