ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking a Mailroom Supervisor to lead the mail and freight operations, ensuring delivery to ServiceSource and client expectations. You will manage personnel, schedule work, and maintain compliant processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will train staff, develop performance metrics, and uphold safety and security standards across all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or state certified equivalent required.
• Three years' experience in postal operations required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage mailroom personnel and day-to-day operations to meet contract performance requirements.
• Train staff to receive/sort/deliver mail and prepare shipping documents; determine carrier and equipment.
• Plan and assign work; set priorities; prepare schedules; monitor performance and reports.
• Establish a daily/weekly/monthly rhythm to meet goals and deadlines.
• Develop performance standards, conduct quality control, and improve production efficiency.
