Responsibilities

• Perform original research and reference service for faculty, staff, students, and external customers.
• Provide service within available resources to agency staff.
• Perform reference interviews and follow-ups via in person, email, phone, video, or teleconferencing.
• Design remote database guides and listings.
• Teach library users how to access library subscription databases from their desktops.
• Manage and assist the customer with special projects involving library resources.
• Compile and report metrics for library research and reference services.
• Create and maintain documentation related to all duties.
