Job summary

Oracle Health Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Federal Learning certification program for trainers and adoption coaches supporting federal healthcare clients.

You will define standards, governance, and tools, manage milestones and readiness, and collaborate with leaders, curriculum teams, and project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality adoption support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total combined work experience in program management, operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating training, certification, readiness or adoption programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates and stakeholder communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and management of the Federal Learning certification program for trainers and adoption coaches.
• Develop and maintain certification standards, governance, tools, and program documentation.
• Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and reporting across cohorts.
• Ensure certification expectations are communicated and consistently applied.
• Track progress, readiness, gaps, risks, and completion status.
• Coordinate orientation, practice facilitation, evaluations, remediation, readiness reviews, and final certification decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, trackers, and communications for leadership visibility.
