Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Engagement Owner to drive successful Federal deployment projects. You will cultivate client relationships, oversee project teams, and manage risks and reporting for high-level executives and government officials.

Role requires 10+ years in HCIT program management, US citizenship, and willingness to travel up to 100%. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to Oracle methodologies are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HCIT program or project management experience.
• U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance.
• Ability to communicate with Executive/C-Suite and government officials.
• Strong internal and external relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading complex teams and escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a program portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships to achieve objectives and ensure delivery.
• Ensure professional delivery of all assigned work including project managers.
• Identify and manage risks; drive mitigation and escalation when needed.
• Provide high quality status reporting for executives and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Manage project plans, resources, financials, schedules and scope per contract.
