Job summary

Info Gain Consulting seeks a Program Manager to provide overall program management and strategic oversight for a federal law enforcement and intelligence program. The role interfaces with stakeholders, aligns work with mission objectives, timelines, and budget, and leads multidisciplinary teams supporting analytic and technical initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage contracts, schedules, risks, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with federal requirements and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of program management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex analytical or technical efforts.
• Experience supporting federal, law-enforcement, or intelligence programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned contract tasks.
• Manage project schedules, risks, communications, quality, and interdependencies.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders on priorities, performance metrics, reporting, and decision support.
• Oversee contractor staffing, work assignments, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, applicable federal policies, and laws and regulations.
• Lead development and maintenance of program plans, roadmaps, governance artifacts, risk and issue processes, and communications planning.
• Support timely kickoff materials, monthly status reporting, license-utilization reporting, quarterly performance reporting, and transition or closeout activities.
• Coordinate plans and activities supporting the secure, lawful, and accountable use of publicly available information capabilities.
• Coordinate a portfolio of technology pilots and prototypes, track progress and risks, and support transition decisions.
• Coordinate any proposed use of AI-enabled tools with applicable disclosure, approval, compliance, and risk-management requirements.
