Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst to support a federal law enforcement agency by delivering data-driven insights, performance reporting, and operational analytics that enhance acquisition and procurement decision-making enterprise-wide.

The role partners with senior leadership to analyze financial and procurement data across systems, develop reports, monitor metrics, and drive improvements. Candidates should have 3+ years in data analytics and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in data analytics, data science or data management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations is preferred.

They will partner closely with senior leadership, including executives and branch chiefs, to analyze complex financial and procurement data from systems, develop recurring and ad hoc reports, monitor compliance and performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness. A successful candidate will leverage advanced analytical tools including Excel, R Script, Visual Basic, Power BI, the Microsoft Power Platform to track procurement workloads, assess acquisition program health, support quality assurance initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement. The Data Analyst must possess a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and data management, with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights within a federal, procurement, or financial management environment. **What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
