Job summary

Oracle US Federal Consulting is seeking an experienced Sr. Knowledge Leader to design, configure, activate and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants supporting Oracle Health Millennium across DoD, USCG, VA, and IHS.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, high-quality learning content that aligns with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in relevant functional or technical roles with Oracle Health EHR Millennium product
• Effective communication with team members and stakeholders
• 2+ years HCIT consulting or client-facing IT experience
• Experience building and configuring EHR products for training and support
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Women’s Health, Radiology, or Perioperative preferred
• Experience with Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise
• Author and develop associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation
• Educate associates on methodology and standard recommendations
• Consult with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for content enhancements and process improvements
• May monitor and/or manage issues logged via problem management process
• Execute process improvement strategies
