• 2+ years healthcare information technology consulting or client-facing IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise.
• Author and develop associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation.
• Educate associates to leverage methodology and standard recommendations.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content improvements and process updates.
• May monitor or manage issues via problem management process.
