Job summary

Oracle Federal Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Knowledge Leader to design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants supporting Oracle Health Millennium across DoD, US Coast Guard, VA, and IHS. You will craft engaging learning content and guide teams to improve methodologies while aligning with client needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in relevant functional/technical roles incl. Oracle Health EHR Millennium knowledge.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with team and stakeholders.
• At least 2 years HCIT consulting or client-facing IT work.
• Experience building/configuring EHR products used in training and support.
• Healthcare domain experience in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Radiology, or Perioperative preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Health EHR Millennium is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise.
• Author and develop associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation.
• Educate associates on leveraging methodology and standard recommendations.
• Consult with cross-functional internal stakeholders to prioritize content enhancements and process improvements.
• Monitor or manage issues via the problem management process.
• Execute process improvement strategies.
