Job summary

Arch Systems, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting Federal Government enterprise architecture, software governance and IT demand management. You will oversee the roadmap, backlog, weekly cadence, staff supervision, deliverables and Government reporting.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the CO/COR, coordinating with the Federal Government Program Manager to keep technology decisions and project delivery moving efficiently, while ensuring

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in comparable project management positions.
• Experience delivering on federal IT contracts.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary technical staff.
• Working practice in Agile delivery with backlog management.
• Experience managing deliverable schedules, status reporting and executive briefings for Government clients.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements for documents, dashboards and digital tools.
• Strong facilitation skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Draft the program roadmap for the federal EA lead to approve, and keep it current.
• Run the backlog and the weekly cadence with clear ownership and dates.
• Direct and coordinate planning and execution of contract activities.
• Supervise contractor staff and review their work, including subcontractors.
• Manage EA milestones and contract deliverables against schedule and standards.
• Coordinate domain architecture across business, data, applications, technology and security.
• Provide architectural guidance on security and privacy.
• Prepare status for the COR and lead weekly reviews with the COR and Federal Program Manager.
