The Intermediate Business Analyst collaborates with project teams and federal clients on IT strategy, requirements, and governance across complex investments.

The role emphasizes analysis, cost and performance reviews, change management, and process improvement to ensure projects meet statutory requirements and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma or GED equivalent with 4+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• US Citizen with the ability to pass a comprehensive Background check required with the ability to obtain a public trust.
• Knowledge of IT portfolio management and governance principles preferred.
• Experience with federal regulations and IT investment processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Business Analyst in providing internal/external analysis services for IT investments and projects.
• Plan, research, and contribute to major complex projects using best practices.
• Identify best practices and measure performance.
• Review and analyze cost, schedule, and performance requirements for federal IT investments.
• Apply IT portfolio management practices to improve data quality and documentation.
