Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to work alongside project managers, technical staff, and federal clients on IT strategy and business support services. The role covers technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned tasks in line with federal requirements and agency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 4+ years of BA experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting IT investments and federal requirements.
• Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL, and capital planning concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Business Analyst in internal/external analysis for IT investments.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance requirements for federal projects.
• Apply IT portfolio management practices to improve data quality and documentation.
• Participate in process reengineering and modernization efforts.
• Coordinate with project teams and federal clients to meet agency goals.
• Support configuration management and change management activities.
