Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to work alongside the project/program manager, technical staff, and federal clients on IT strategy and business support services. The role covers technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of tasks assigned by the Federal Task Lead, including compliance, cost, and performance planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High school diploma/GED with 4+ years experience may substitute for a degree.
• 2 years of Business Analyst experience.
• US Citizen with ability to pass a comprehensive background check for a public trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Business Analyst in providing internal/external analysis services for IT investments and project management issues.
• Support planning, research, and development on complex projects using best practices.
• Identify best practices and develop performance measurements.
• Review and analyze cost, schedule, and performance requirements for IT investments.
• Apply IT Portfolio Management approaches to improve data quality and documentation.
• Support configuration management and related ITIL processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
