Job summary

Sikich is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead audit engagements in the Columbus region, with responsibility for supervising teams, delivering high-quality audit work, and ensuring alignment with federal standards. The role requires an interim Secret clearance and a hybrid on-site schedule.

The ideal candidate has extensive audit experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of IT control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Information Systems degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of auditing experience or related technical work.
• This is a hybrid role; on-site 2 days per week.
• Active interim or full Secret clearance required.
• Management/leadership experience is necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first line of supervision to a team of audit professionals.
• Review work products including papers, findings, and reports for quality and consistency.
• Design audit plans using Government Auditing Standards and oversee execution.
• Self-start and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and review others' work; develop staff through delegation and guidance.
• Provide subject matter expertise in financial management and internal controls.
• Review draft deliverables and present final results to management.
• Assist Principals and Senior Managers with proposals and business development.
• Leverage data analytics and AI to enhance audit procedures.
• Advise Principals on significant developments and act as client liaison.
