Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Manager, Federal Infrastructure Policy (Compliance) to support federal grant funding programs and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. You will partner with the federal infrastructure team, corporate compliance, audits, and capital projects to build and maintain a robust compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, policy, or related field preferred OR High school diploma plus 7 years of utility or related experience.
• Master’s degree or advanced degree desired.
• Compliance-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting strategies to ensure infrastructure compliance.
• Coordinate with DOE and other federal/state organizations; work with consultants on compliance framework activities.
• Establish audit protocols with internal auditing and align compliance infrastructure with corporate compliance.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments and operating companies to ensure compliance and funding alignment.
• Lead grant application efforts for federal/state funded projects and ensure proper documentation and controls.
• Develop risk-based testing of procedures and controls to identify noncompliance.
• Analyze contracts for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide reporting and updates to Federal Infrastructure Policy leadership.
