Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Contracts Administrator in New Orleans to support federal infrastructure funding, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and managing day-to-day contract oversight. You will lead negotiations and coordinate with compliance, auditing, capital projects, and legal teams.

Develop audit protocols to meet reporting requirements and help ensure alignment with company objectives while maintaining strong financial controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading programs and initiatives and/or contract administration experience.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support designing and adjusting compliance strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with DOE and other federal/state organizations; work with consultants on framework activities.
• Establish audit protocols with internal auditing and align compliance infrastructure.
• Liaise with legal, regulatory, finance, capital projects and operating units.
• Develop risk-based compliance testing of procedures and controls.
• Ensure contract and grant compliance, records, and reporting meet DOE requirements.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership.
• Manage day-to-day compliance and documentation for federal/state funded grants.
