Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in cyber, security incident response, digital forensics, or cyber investigations.
• Bachelor-level degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IS, IT or Software Eng or DoD 8140 Certification.
• Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance may be required, depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, digital forensics, malware analysis, preserve digital evidence, and manage incident response processes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve incident response playbooks; participate in threat hunting and post-incident reviews to generate reports and metrics.
• Configure and maintain incident response tools and SIEM solutions; contribute to security awareness through training and exercises.
• Stay current with emerging threats and best practices; collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance incident response and prevent future incidents.
