Saviynt's Federal Identity platform seeks a seasoned product leader to shape and execute the roadmap for government offerings. You will translate complex federal requirements into actionable plans, align with sales, Success, and engineering, and drive adoption of secure, AI-enabled identity solutions across agencies.

This role places you at the intersection of security, compliance, and strategic product growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology product management with federal sector focus.
Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred; US citizenship.
Experience developing and executing product strategies for complex enterprise software.
Proven track record launching security or identity-related products.

Responsabilités

Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Saviynt's federal offerings.
Collaborate with federal sales, customer success, support, services, and engineering to define features.
Partner with TPMs and release management to execute roadmaps using Agile.
Lead cross-organizational initiatives to deliver federal identity and access management outcomes.
Engage with federal customers and partners to gather feedback and build relationships.
Coordinate with product, field marketing, analysts, and PR to launch new federal capabilities.
Research competitive landscape and federal market trends to inform strategy.
Integrate agentic AI capabilities into federal product solutions.
