Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a senior ICAM leader to drive identity, credential, and access management for a large federal enterprise. You will design proofing and authentication capabilities per NIST standards and govern privileged access across multi-site environments.

You will implement SSO and federation, lead IGA programs, and mentor teams while coordinating with Zero Trust stakeholders to align delivered controls with the enterprise roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience in federal or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Deep knowledge of IAM/ICAM platforms, federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), and PAM.
• Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain ICAM solutions aligned with Zero Trust, NIST, and CISA guidance across the enterprise.
• Design identity proofing and authentication capabilities to NIST SP 800-63-3 (IAL/AAL) standards.
• Govern privileged access management (PAM), including administration support and policy oversight.
• Support SSO and federation expansion across the enterprise’s applications portfolio, including integration with government-wide identity providers.
• Lead IGA processes, including access certification and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Zero Trust and identity operations stakeholders to align controls with the roadmap.
• Support audits and assessments related to identity and access management controls.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on identity architecture decisions.
