Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an ICAM Engineer to design, deploy, and secure OCI-based identity solutions in secure, regulated environments. You will integrate cloud services with enterprise IAM, implement federation and least-privilege access, and support RMF/ICD 503/A&A activities.

You will engage with stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams to resolve issues, map token claims, and ensure secure identity designs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM, cloud security, or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience integrating commercial cloud environments with agency enterprise IAM.
• Experience designing, deploying, or operating cloud-based solutions.
• Experience integrating applications and cloud services with GEOAxIS or enterprise IAM platforms.
• Experience implementing federation, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, token claims, metadata exchange.
• Knowledge of RMF, ICD 503, or A&A processes and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, secure, and operate OCI solutions involving identity and access controls.
• Integrate cloud apps with agency IAM platforms.
• Implement federation, SSO, MFA and lifecycle provisioning.
• Configure SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, and AD integrations.
• Manage token claims, attribute mapping, certificates, and metadata exchange.
• Apply Zero Trust principles in identity designs and controls.
• Support RMF, ICD 503, and A&A activities with evidence.
• Coordinate solution architectures and communicate risks to stakeholders.
