Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Zero Trust ICAM Engineer to design secure identity architectures across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead IdP, IGA, and PAM initiatives, enabling SSO and governance across a vast IT ecosystem.

You will mentor engineers, advance scalable identity solutions, and champion a zero‑trust strategy to strengthen national defense and protect critical assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ICAM-related experience across IdPs, IGA, and PAM.
• Experience with zero-trust identity architectures and secure lifecycles.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity architectures aligned with zero trust principles.
• Secure identity lifecycles across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Create architecture products, design specs, and technical requirements for identity and access strategies.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies for IdPs, IGA, and PAM systems like Ping, SailPoint, BeyondTrust.
• Transform legacy identity systems into scalable, secure platforms.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
