Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a Senior Red Hat Architect to lead hybrid cloud platform initiatives for federal mission systems in the United States. You will act as the technical authority for OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, and Vault, delivering STIG- and FedRAMP-compliant solutions across IL5/IL6 environments.

You will shape opportunities with account teams, deliver platform demonstrations, and accelerate delivery timelines with repeatable accelerators.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in enterprise platform engineering or architecture.
• Hands-on with Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible in production environments.
• Experience deploying and hardening Kubernetes-native platforms to federal standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-facing technical authority on platform pursuits.
• Design and deliver secure hybrid cloud platforms with Red Hat/HashiCorp tools.
• Build accelerators and drive delivery timelines in federal engagements.
• Lead demonstrations and proofs of concept to differentiate platform offerings.
