Job summary

Golden Key Group is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (Deputy PM) in Reston, Virginia. You will act as the alternate point of contact for the Government, supporting the Program Manager in technical, financial, and contractual management.

This role involves oversight of operations, ensuring contract requirements are met, and supporting human resource management programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, extensive HR experience, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of human resources experience required.
• 4+ years managing programs of similar scope and size.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities
