Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager – HR Operations for an onsite role in Washington, DC. You will coordinate federal HR records projects, manage schedules, and ensure accurate OPF/eOPF processing with stakeholders across government interfaces.

The role requires PMP certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with document digitization and HR systems. This position is onsite and part of a federally compliant project team.

Qualifications

• PM experience, preferably supporting federal government or HR-related projects.
• Experience with OPF/eOPF, PAR processing, and related HR documentation workflows.
• Experience with large-scale document digitization or electronic records management.
• FADGI guidelines familiarity, preferably in support of eOPF digitization.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate project resources and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Track status, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items; provide status updates.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and POCs to resolve issues.
• Oversee review, reconciliation, scanning, quality control, and transition of OPFs to eOPF.
• Review HR documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and required records.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
