Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in government HR programs and policy guidance.
• Ability to supervise HR staff and manage multiple units.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation, and leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and administer a comprehensive HR program in line with rules, policies, and procedures.
• Provide expert, consultative advice to management on HR functional areas.
• Supervise HR staff across the Personnel Programs Unit (PPU), Personnel Operations Unit (POU), and Personnel Security Unit (PSU).
