PHADA is seeking a Policy Analyst to lead research, analysis, and advocacy on federal housing policy, legislation, and regulations affecting affordable housing broadly, and the public housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs specifically. In collaboration with PHADA’s policy team, this role is responsible for tracking and interpreting federal policy developments, analyzing data and operational impacts, developing recommendations to inform advocacy strategies, and keeping members well-informed. The Policy Analyst will also collaborate with internal teams, members, and external partners to advance PHADA’s policy priorities and support effective program implementation and compliance.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working directly in the affordable housing industry, in legislative advocacy, communications (including social media), or past work at a trade association.
