Amgen seeks a Health Policy & Reimbursement Director to lead federal payment policy strategies across therapeutic areas and the biosimilar portfolio. You will work cross-functionally to resolve entry barriers, provide policy guidance for inline products, and manage agency engagements with a focus on US payer policy.

You will review policy proposals, coordinate with Government Affairs, Commercial, Medical, Development, and Regulatory teams, and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Formación

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field with extensive policy experience.
• Strong understanding of US health policy including Medicare/Medicaid and federal payer dynamics.
• Proven ability to communicate complex policy topics to executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of federal payment policy strategies for US payer issues across therapeutic areas.
• Engage with agencies such as HHS and CMS to advance policy objectives.
• Analyze regulatory and legislative proposals and advise internal partners on policy implications.
