Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an experienced Project Manager II to support a large-scale Federal Health IT program modernizing the EHR for the Indian Health Service. The role involves coordinating multiple projects, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed project schedules using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Partner with Federal Leads and project teams to define activities, milestones, sequencing, dependencies, predecessors, successors, and timelines.
Monitor project progress against established schedules and milestones and maintain visibility into delays, dependencies, and potential downstream impacts.
Identify project risks, issues, schedule conflicts, and gaps; develop mitigation approaches and elevate concerns when appropriate.
Facilitate recurring project and stakeholder meetings, including agenda development, discussion facilitation, decision tracking, action items, and follow-up.
