Responsibilities

• Create, update, and remove end-user access across multiple domains and applications.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems with friendly, timely support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access or provisioning issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Document all interactions in ticketing systems clearly and accurately.
• Adhere to SLAs, data security, and privacy protocols at all times.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements and end-user documentation.
