Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Capture Specialist, Federal Health to support the end-to-end federal business development lifecycle across BD, Capture Management, and Proposal Operations for the Federal Health Service Line. The role focuses on market research, pipeline tracking, and proposal coordination to win contracts with DHA, VA, HHS, CMS, and NIH.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to learn federal procurement processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the job posting.
• 1–3+ years in business operations, analytics, or federal contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portals (SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, GovWin IQ) for opportunities and RFIs.
• Maintain real-time pipeline accuracy in the CRM and generate reports.
• Prepare Gate Review presentations and maintain proposal documentation.
• Draft RFIs and assist with proposal sections and reviews.
• Analyze growth data and generate stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate teaming and subcontractor documentation and risk tracking.
