Responsibilities

  • Research, interpret, and analyze federal and state workforce development laws, regulations, and guidance.
  • Draft, revise, and publish Workforce System Directives (WSDs) and WSOMs.
  • Ensure policies align with CFRs, TEGLs, TENs, and state statutes.
  • Maintain version control and public posting of policy materials.
  • Coordinate and assist with policy interpretation for local boards and workforce partners.
  • Lead coordination of State Plan development and cross-agency collaboration.
