Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Federal Background: Prior experience with federal agency construction (e.g., USACE, NAVFAC, GSA) is highly preferred.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to regional project sites.
• Physical Demands: Ability to navigate active jobsites, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure delivery of ground-up facilities from site-prep through completion.
• Scheduling: Maintain and enforce the master project schedule; develop and update precise 3-week look-ahead schedules to keep field operations aligned.
• Stakeholder Communication: Lead weekly progress meetings and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for Clients, Owner’s Representatives, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce company and federal safety programs; organize, schedule, and conduct mandatory weekly safety meetings.
• Quality & Inspection: Conduct continuous job site inspections to ensure strict compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
