JRM Construction Management, LLC is seeking an on-site Superintendent to coordinate all field activities, enforce safety, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will oversee trades, monitor progress, and liaise with the Project Manager and clients.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 7+ years on core/shell projects; hospitality or residential experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years on core/shell projects; hospitality/residential a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling, safety regulations, and construction drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain the project schedule (master, 60‑day, two‑week look‑ahead).
• Enforce corporate safety programs across daily site operations.
• Track procurement, deliveries, and coordinate with PM on shop drawings.
• Prepare daily construction reports and monthly status updates for clients.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, and RFIs; manage scope and risk.
• Foster subcontractor/vendor relationships and maintain schedule integrity.
