Job summary

SRE Engineering D.P.C. seeks a meticulous Compliance & Grant Reporting Officer to serve as the back-office anchor for a $454 million federal infrastructure grant.

You will ensure every dollar spent and every procurement complies with federal requirements to prevent audit findings. Responsibilities include overseeing Build America, Buy America Act content, filing SAPR reports, EPA forms, and documenting Scrappage Verification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of federal grant compliance experience.
• Experience with NYC/NYS/NJ public agencies preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration focused on Federal Grants.
• Expert knowledge of EPA reporting standards and ZE technology templates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Build America, Buy America Act compliance with 55% domestic content.
• Lead SAPR submissions and EPA Form 5900-721 reporting.
• Document Scrappage Verification with photos and narrative evidence.
• Maintain audit-ready PMIS records using ArcGIS Hub.
