Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of full-time work experience in program administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of federal grants administration processes and 2 CFR Part 200 compliance.
• Experience with financial management, fund draw-downs, and federal reporting requirements.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and guidance to multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with electronic grants management systems and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate the department's federal grants program.
• Serve as ODCP's financial manager, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Manage pass-through grants to sub-recipients.
• Provide strategic grant planning and financial management.
