Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a General Surgeon for a locum assignment at a northeastern Arizona facility.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a-3:30p or 8a-5p with call; daily volume 2–8 procedures, including colonoscopy/EGD and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license accepted nationwide.
• Experience with colonoscopy/EGD and laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy.
• Ability to perform scopes as part of routine care.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum coverage Monday–Friday with scheduled hours and on-call as needed.
• Perform common general surgery procedures listed in the posting.
• Coordinate with facility staff and ensure quality patient care.
