Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a General Surgeon to provide locum coverage at a facility in northeastern Arizona. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p or 8a-5p with call. Daily volume: 2-8 procedures. Must perform scopes and hold an active, unrestricted state license.

Compensation includes travel and lodging, malpractice coverage, and licensing/credentialing support through our team; access to My Medicus Loyalty Program after your first shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum coverage as General Surgeon at the facility.
• Perform common procedures such as Colonoscopy/EGD, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic appendectomy.
• Manage patient care during scheduled shifts and call.
